Return & Refund Policy

You may return unopened KP Precision products within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Eligible returns

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Merchandise such as apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Non-returnable items

• Opened cleaners, lubricants, and other chemical products. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept or resell them.

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Gift cards.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.

How to start a return

1. Email kp.precision@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable service.

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

• Some cleaners and lubricants may be subject to carrier restrictions for shipping chemical products. We will include any special instructions with your return approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Dealer and wholesale orders

Returns on dealer and wholesale orders are handled under the terms of your dealer agreement.
